Aerzen is an innovative global manufacturing leader providing high performance blower and compressor technology for industrial air and gas applications such as water treatment, pneumatic conveying and process gas handling. Due to significant growth and success in the Canadian marketplace we are currently hiring an experienced, motivated leader to expand and manage its sales and service operations across Western Canada.

Reporting to the Director of Sales of Aerzen Canada, the Western Regional Manager will directly lead account management efforts driving significant revenue growth while championing Aerzen’s culture of quality, team spirit and goal achievement. The Western Regional Manager will identify and develop new sales opportunities ranging from consulting engineers, OEM directly to end users while servicing existing customers with local support. With strong business and financial acumen and well-developed communication skills, you will be able to evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with managing the business as a profit center. Responsibilities will include developing and managing the regional budget, preparing sales projections and strategies, hiring new resources as appropriate and directing the day-to-day activities of the regional office.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with several years of work experience in the industrial equipment or related industries, ideally with both direct customer sales channels and channels through EPC’s, contractors and other manufacturers. With excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills, you have generated a well-developed business network and have a solid track record of significant sales and service revenue. Detail oriented and deadline driven, you are proficient using MS products with the ability to generate spreadsheets, budgets and business reports as required. Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM software would also be an asset.
