To accommodate an expanding market presence, a brand-new role has been created to mentor and coach the company’s sales force.

Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales, the Sales Strategist and Team Leader brings their expertise, energy and innovation to the table. This individual is well-equipped to lead a stellar team of sales professionals in a technology based, subscription driven sales environment.

The successful candidate will:
• Bring a fresh perspective and competitive edge in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the sales process.
• Drive the sales strategy and establish targets aligned with key corporate success factors, bringing accountability and awareness to the team.
• Establish tools to measure progress toward goals and propose strategic changes to create new efficiencies in sales– including renewals and product penetration within existing customers.
• Maintain accurate and reliable sales pricing.
• Create synergies within the team, identifying key strengths and communication styles in others to maximize productivity.

• You are a team player who has worked in a successful and innovative tech company. Leveraging your sales background, you’ve helped to re-invent the way the business achieves excellence in customer service and sales growth.
• You have a firm grasp of SalesForce and SLX software and can demonstrate your knowledge and achievements in B2B sales.
• You collaborate with your team to build relationships, handle conflict in a constructive manner, and support your colleagues by encouraging creative thought in the workplace.
• You have a post-secondary education with several years of sales management experience preferably in a technology based, subscription environment.
• As a strong sales leader, you have been responsible for managing and motivating your team through on-going training, coaching and assessing sales performance results.
• You have strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills as testimony to your accomplishments and references.
